NEW DELHI: NEET result 2019 has been declared by CBSE at cbseneet.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. With the NEET result declaration, CBSE has brought an end to the month long wait of 13,26,725 candidates who had appeared for the exam on May 6, 2018. NEET 2019 result has been released a day before the scheduled date. As per the exam time table, the result was supposed to be declared tomorrow (June 5, 2019). NEET exam is conducted by CBSE to grant admission to MBBS/ BDS Courses in India in Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/ Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India except for the institutions established through an Act of Parliament i.e. AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry.

NEET Result Declaration Date
The NEET entrance exam was organized through pen & paper mode. It was conducted on 6th May 2018.  After one month of the entrance test, the result has been declared. The result has been announced on 5th June 2019. The rank letter will be released in the second week of June 2019. The counselling procedure will be started after the result declaration. NEET 2019 Merit List

The CBSE will prepare an All India Merit List on the basis marks obtained by the candidate in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). CBSE will only include those candidates in merit list who will score more than the minimum qualifying percentile. Two types of merit list are available for NEET 2019:
1.        Merit list for Counselling under 15% All India Quota
2.        Merit List for Seats Other Than 15% All India Quota
CBSE will prepare 15% All India merit list for those who applied under the quota seats. The Board will then forward the merit list to DGHS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India for the purpose of allotment of seats by Online Counselling to 15% All India Quota Seats.
